Clean comfy room. Kitchen to use for cooking. Friendly host. 7 minutes from the beach. I recommend Daily Delights restaurant nearby for delicious well priced meals and Blue Ocean Adventures for great diving.

The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for a city-center hotel. Blackout curtains, a firm-but-soft bed, and the best shower pressure I have had in a hotel. I slept better here than I do at home.Clean, modern room with a great view over the harbor. The AC was a touch loud at night, but the bed and bedding were superb and housekeeping was thorough every single day.
Great value for a property this nice. Free breakfast that was actually good, a clean pool, and a location close to all the restaurants we wanted to try. Would book again without hesitation.Solid hotel in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Parking was a little tight, but the room was comfortable, the staff helpful, and the rooftop bar had a fantastic sunset view. Good value overall.

The room was nice and big, also the bathroom was new and clean, I think one of the best rooms we found so far in Sri Lanka, we felt like home, thank you!

Good location and good aircon. Has a mosquito net.
There are mice and cockroaches all through the room and bathroom and a large gap under the door. Need to use the mosquito net and tucked in and keep your bags closed - learn from our mistakes.
