die Wohnung war neu renoviert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Allerdings sehr kleine Räume. Und leider nur ein Bad im EG.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Ein schöner Ort, gerade in der Nebensaison, um sich gut zu erholen.
Einige Dinge fehlten noch nach der Renovierung. Es waren zB keine Gardinen vor dem Fenster zu Strasse. Daher konnten alle Vorbeigehenden in die Wohnung sehen. Gerade abends nicht so angenehm. TV ging nicht, Abflüsse im Bad waren verstopft. Leider war keiner erreichbar. Auch auf schriftliche Nachrichten hat man sich nicht gemeldet. Erst jetzt, nach dem Urlaub, bekomme ich eine Info, dass ich sie per Whatsapp hätte erreichen können.... Leider etwas spät.

Great location in the center close to all attractions.
There is no way to contact the owner. He does not answer the phone, does not call back and does not respond to the messages. We reserved the house for 5 people and it was prepared just for 4. No bad sheets for the 5th person. It was clear that there were towels but there was just one very small one. I send and call the owner but no response. As well be prepared that there are no curtains on the first floor and the widows go directly to the sidewalk so everyone is looking at what you are doing inside.

De prime abord l appartement paraît tres bien.
Bonne literie.
Cuisine tres bien équipée.
Problème d évacuation des eaux dans salle de bain qui a été réglé le lendemain.
A améliorer:
- pas de prise dans la salle de bain
- Aucun porte manteau ou crochet pour manteaux
- store trop clair dans piece de vie. On est vu par les passants
- chaises très design mais pas pratiques du tout autour de la table en verre qui bouge
- aucun store porte derrière
- première marche plus haute que les autres et dangereuse pour descendre escalier.
