Our home is designed for families and groups looking to relax, unwind, and make the most of every minute of their Orlando vacation.
Spacious Open-Concept Living:
The bright, open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and family room, making it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Drip coffee maker, kettle, and Keurig coffee maker
• Stainless steel appliances
• Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top range
• Pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Spacious breakfast-bar seating
The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, and two separate lounge areas give everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Comfortable & Flexible Bedroom Layout:
With six bedrooms throughout the home, the layout works especially well for families, couples, and multigenerational groups:
• 2 King Bedrooms—each with a private en-suite bathroom
• 1 Queen Bedroom—conveniently located on the FIRST FLOOR
• 2 Twin Bedrooms—great for kids or additional guests
• 1 Bunk Room—featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed
Every bedroom has its own streaming TV, so everyone can relax with their favorite shows at the end of the day.
Newly Upgraded Saltwater Pool & Spa with Beautiful Lake Views:
Sometimes the best part of a Florida vacation is simply staying home.
Our private pool and spa were recently upgraded to a saltwater system, making this one of our favorite features of the home. Cool off after a day at the parks, spend a relaxing afternoon beside the water, or enjoy a peaceful Florida evening overlooking Lake Reedy.
Your private outdoor space includes:
• Newly upgraded saltwater pool and spa
• Outdoor dining area with seating for 6
• Outdoor TV
• Peaceful views of Lake Reedy
• Relaxing afternoons beside the pool
• Beautiful Florida evenings overlooking the water
• Complimentary propane BBQ grill
Propane levels are not guaranteed, and guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the tank if needed.
Optional Pool Heat—$35 per Day
Make your pool time even more comfortable with our pool heat upgrade. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day and, if selected, must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to add this option.
Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.
