This small, charming one-room apartment (35 square meters) is located in the heart of this trendy district and is full of lovely details. Because it faces the inner courtyard, this attic apartment is pleasantly quiet. When you step outside the apartment building, you’re right in the middle of the action, surrounded by bars, restaurants, clubs, and cafes.
The apartment features a cozy sleeping and living area with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m), a small dining table, and a wardrobe, as well as a smart TV (The Frame).
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances: induction stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, cooking utensils, and dishes. A solid wood countertop provides ample space for cooking.
The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a shower.
The entire apartment is available exclusively to guests. An electronic lock allows for flexible, contactless check-in.
There are numerous restaurants, clubs, and bars in the immediate vicinity. Public transportation, including a direct tram connection to downtown and the Neustadt train station, is within a short walking distance.
