A unique location just steps from the Champs-Elysées on the famous Avenue Foch, with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! Come stay in this 180 m² apartment perched on the 8th floor. An entrance gallery leads to a spacious living and dining area opening through a large bay window onto a landscaped terrace and balcony, offering incredible panoramic views of Paris. You will also have access to a room equipped with a sofa bed for two people. A master bedroom offers a lovely space with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. Another bedroom, furnished with two single beds or one queen-size bed, is perfect for two more people. All three rooms have Eiffel Tower views. We also offer a room that can serve as a bedroom for one adult or two children with a sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, located next to the bedrooms, complete this layout, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that we have air conditioning in all rooms. You will find all the necessary shops nearby, within walking distance. The "Argentine" metro station on line 1 will take you very quickly to the most famous monuments of Paris, and you can walk to the Champs-Élysées in 10 minutes... Great location! We could see the Eiffel Tower light up at night from several rooms, which is hard to beat! Safe and nice neighborhood within walking distance to the Arc de Triumph! Grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and bakery less than 5 minutes walk. Hosts were very communicative. Air conditioning in all but the small room - very nice with the heat in Paris! Great overall stay!
