I Giardini di Marcello is entirely at your disposal, ideal for large families, celebrations, retreats, and special events in complete privacy.
One of a kind, this historic villa dates back to 1848. Completely renovated, it retains its authentic and elegant charm.
The villa is entirely at guests’ disposal: it accommodates up to 38–42 people in 13 separate apartments.

Each apartment is furnished with care and attention to detail, preserving the villa’s style and character:

The layout of the spaces allows everyone to be together, but also to enjoy moments of quiet and privacy.

The private pool is the heart of the property: equipped with lounge chairs and shaded areas, it offers a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere, particularly enchanting at sunset, when the light of Tuscany makes the setting even more magical.

The property is located in the hills of Dicomano, in Tuscany, in a quiet area surrounded by nature, with easy access to Florence and the region’s major artistic and cultural destinations.

Guests appreciate the villa’s uniqueness, its spaciousness, the private pool, and the feeling of experiencing an authentic stay in a genuine Tuscan estate, where every detail has been carefully attended to.

Guests are welcome to use all common areas: the upper garden, with its Italian-style park, which offers various nooks for resting, reading, and chatting in the shade; the arched walkway, which has been equipped with a barbecue and tables for dining together while enjoying the view of the pool; and finally, the space you’ll use the most—the lower garden with a pool and lounge chairs for fun and sunbathing.

The private bar is an extra service. A unique experience that will allow you to continue any kind of after-dinner celebration. It is not included in the price.

The pool is available only during daytime hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A large lemon house is also available for lunch or dinner in case of rain.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
We’ll be happy to welcome you personally and show you around the property.
If you’re arriving at a different time, we’ll do our best to accommodate you by prior arrangement.
Check-out is required by 10:00 a.m.

This allows us to carefully prepare the villa for the next guests.
