Located in a modern building just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Place Masséna, this elegant, 31 m² apartment—fully equipped with all modern comforts and recently and tastefully renovated—is perfect for a pleasant stay for two in Nice. Quiet, air-conditioned, and well-equipped, it offers everything you need to explore the city at your own pace.
Accessible by elevator, this beautiful apartment combines practicality and comfort in a central location, right next to the beaches, public transportation, and downtown shops.
YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
This apartment is located in a lively and sought-after neighborhood of Nice, just 900 meters from Place Masséna and less than a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. The Carrefour City supermarket is just 50 meters away for your daily shopping, and you can easily reach “Sporting Plage” beach, located 230 meters away. Public transportation is also within easy reach, with the Alsace Lorraine tram stop 500 meters away, the Nice Thiers train station 850 meters away, and the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport 7 km away. It’s the ideal location for exploring Nice on foot or by public transportation.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

When you arrive at the airport, there are plenty of transportation options available to get you to your apartment:
The tram—the most affordable option: Line 2 departs from in front of Terminals 1 & 2 and serves the entire Côté Mer area, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stops pass through Fabron, Grosso, and Gambetta for the Fleurs neighborhood; Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musiciens, d’Or, and Masséna neighborhoods; the Pin neighborhood; and finally, the Port neighborhood.
You can transfer to Line 1 at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.
You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.
Taxis: The most direct option: Taxis are available at Terminals 1 and 2. It will take just 1.15 minutes to get directly to your apartment. There is an official fixed flat rate that must be applied, plus a baggage fee. Be sure to ask about this and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to charge you this rate. Normally, payment can be made by credit card.
The bus: The airport shuttle (Bus 98) is both inexpensive and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city center, near the Nice Thiers train station.
Ichose to arrive by train
The tram—the cheapest option: To get to Line 1, exit the station on the left and walk down toward Avenue Thiers until you reach Avenue Jean Médecin (it’s marked by signs). Trams run every five minutes, and tickets are inexpensive. Line 1 serves downtown and the two northern neighborhoods of Nice.
You can transfer to Line 3 at the GRAND ARÉNAS station.
You can transfer to Line 2 (Airport/Port) at the JEAN MÉDECIN station.
Taxis: The most direct route: It will take just 15 minutes to drop you off right at your apartment. There is no fixed flat rate. The driver must activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival plus any luggage fees. Make sure to ask about this and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse to do so. Normally, you can pay by credit card.
Don’t forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.

There is always a public parking lot near your place of residence. The rates are:
