10 blocks to the beach, close to the famous Pacific Beach boardwalk, Crystal Pier and near Mission Bay.
There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Very basic accommodations but all I needed. No parking! Fortunately I was close enough to my sonโs house so I parked my car there.

We had the best visit! The rental is very close to the beach and so many restaurants. While there was no AC a fan is provided and it helped keep the place cool. Highly recommend!

We were in town for my father in lawโs wedding. This is a very nice, quiet and clean VRBO spot. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was ok. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The space is dated, and has a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Also, if one needs a dark space to sleep, this is not it. Although it is a nice sunny space, the blinds are very thin, and the light comes in strong at dawn. No clock anywhere. Street parking is sketchy. Daytime you are fine, late evening or past 11 PM you will be driving around in the neighborhood to find parking.
