About this apartment rental
Maisonette Apartment 2 is located in the Katzenhaus building at the Spa Resort Landlust and features living and sleeping areas on two floors. A small east-facing balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs, offering a view of the hotel garden and the village of Altgorbitz.
On the first floor of the apartment, there is a kitchenette with a dining area for 4–5 people, as well as a living area with a sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a TV. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bed and a daybed. Also on the upper floor is a designer bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.
The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and also features a small wood-burning stove in the living area.
Please note that we charge a security deposit of €200.00 per vacation apartment/room upon arrival. Alternatively, you can provide your credit card information on-site as a security measure. To verify your information, your credit card will be charged €1.00. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.
At our SPA Resort Landlust, located just 4 km from the city center, you’ll find relaxation, tranquility, and enjoyment for both body and soul. Our wellness hotel, with its historic roots and rustic charm, is located on the southwestern outskirts of the city in Altgorbitz. We are dog-friendly and offer the perfect accommodations for cycling tours in the surrounding area.
Additional services such as breakfast at the hotel, cribs, sauna, or massages in the spa area can be booked individually upon request; please feel free to contact us for details.
Several buildings house individual hotel rooms, apartments, and vacation rentals.
A supermarket and a drugstore are located right across the street. Additional shopping options, a bank, and a swimming pool are located about 1 km away.
Since July 1, 2023, the city of Dresden has been levying a lodging tax on paid overnight stays. The tax rate is 6% of the gross overnight rate per person. As an accommodation provider, we collect the tax upon checkout and remit it to the appropriate authorities. Minors, individuals with severe disabilities (GdB 80 or higher), accompanying persons, and residents of Dresden are exempt from this tax.
Please understand that upon arrival, we verify the identity of our guests by comparing it with their identification documents.
In the interest of sustainability and the environment, we have decided not to clean hotel rooms daily as a general rule. However, if you expressly request this service, please let us know at least 7 days before arrival so we can plan accordingly. There will be no additional charge for this service.
Note regarding small dogs: Your small dog is welcome to stay with us, though not in all of our rooms or apartments. Please contact us if you’re interested.
A flat, one-time fee of 25 per dog will be charged for stays of 1 to 3 nights. For each additional night, we charge 12 per night.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
