You’ll only find something like this at the neighboring Hotel The Grand. But at “Haus am Meer,” you’ll have more privacy and space. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, close to galleries, cafés, and cultural attractions, yet you still enjoy a soothing tranquility thanks to the building’s unique design.
The duplex apartment is spacious and flooded with light. The view sweeps across the dunes all the way to Darßer Ort and the West Beach—a backdrop that’s constantly changing and never ceases to enchant. When designing the interior, we asked ourselves: What does a beach house look like today? The answer is clean, minimalist, and modern, featuring natural materials, soft color tones, and an open, airy feel that lets the view of the Baltic Sea take center stage.
