Sleeps 6+1. On the Lavarone Plateau, in a beautiful tourist destination, a charming 70-square-meter attic apartment is available for seasonal rent in a villa with a garden.
The attic apartment is spacious, bright, furnished in Tyrolean style, fully equipped, and located near the lake and ski slopes, with a garden and woods behind the property.

Located in town, with amenities nearby. It’s the ideal base for winter skiing in the Lavarone ski area or the vast Folgaria ski area, and for summer hikes through the woods, to mountain pastures, and up to the peaks (Becco di Filadonna, Cima 12...).
The 100 KM dei Forti bike trail runs through the nearby woods, taking cyclists through the forests past the Austrian fortifications from World War I! The apartment is equipped with various amenities: oven, microwave, etc., as well as a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Beautiful woods surround the villa.
The location is peaceful and evokes the Belle Époque; it is 100 m from the enchanting Lake Lavarone and the Hotel du Lac, where Sigmund Freud used to vacation in the early 1900s. The ski slopes are in the hamlet of Bertoldi, a five-minute drive from the house. The house is in Chiesa, near the lake and the lakeside campground.
The ski shuttle stops right in front of the house.
The Lavarone Plateau is located at an elevation of 1,100 m. Nearby are Trento and Rovereto. Just below the plateau and visible from the scenic overlooks are the Valsugana Valley and Lake Caldonazzo.
