About this apartment rental
We’d love to welcome you to our cozy, lovingly and tastefully furnished 50-square-meter attic vacation apartment with a balcony on the 1st floor, located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Bad Saulgau. It’s about 2 km from the thermal baths and spa area. The historic district is about a 20-minute walk away.
The nearest airport is Friedrichshafen Airport, 48 km from Bad Saulgau.
Surrounding the house is a natural garden with year-round bird feeders, an insect meadow, and a bee hotel.
A public parking lot is available right next to the property.
We rent only to non-smokers; pets are welcome.
Upon request, for an additional fee, you can treat yourself to a very special wellness aromatherapy treatment right in the vacation rental. If you’re interested, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Irene Vacation Rental:
The apartment features a sunny, open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a west-facing balcony. A double bedroom and a wide pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 1–2 guests, with a maximum of 3. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, coffee pod machine, plenty of dishes, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Additional amenities for your comfort include a flat-screen TV, various CD radios, and plenty of books and magazines. In addition, our guests have free Wi-Fi.
On-site fees: Your stay will be billed upon booking and can be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Overnight stay does not include breakfast. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per night. The visitor’s tax, currently €3.10 per person per night, will be charged in addition.
