The second bedroom houses a full size bed and large closet, with bathroom just steps away, equipped for a bath or shower. Hair dryers are provided for your convenience. Bee Agape also features a book nook, bar-height table for 6, four outdoor living spaces including a front yard Adirondack area, two decks, an ample concrete patio with solar lighting, rose bush, propane grill, and an extended driveway that can comfortably fit multiple vehicles! AC and heating ensure a pleasant temp no matter the season. With a welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout, this property invites guests to relax and feel right at home. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer, including proximity to virtually all of Fort Worth’s areas. We’re centrally located less than a mile from TCU, ~5 to 7 minutes each to I-30, I-20, I-35, and Chisholm Trail Parkway, and within walking distance to local favorites for food and drinks like Mellow Mushroom, Purple Frog, and Poop Deck. Or jump in the car for a quick drive to some of our personal favorites: Buffalo Bros, Dutch's Burgers, Jon's Grille and Bella Italia (BYOB). Travel a bit outside the TCU area to experience luxury shopping at The Shops at Clearfork (home to Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, and many others), or opt for a more laidback but upscale experience at University Park Village, where you’ll find boutiques like Lululemon, Free People, Altar’d State, and Kendra Scott, as well as the Apple Store, Sephora, Starbucks, and more! Venture a few more miles further and you are met with the historic stockyards, a tourist locale not to be missed! 10/10: Clean, cute, comfortable with all the necessities, the backyard and grill were a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and TCU.Hosts were responsive and ensured the stay was as described.
