This bright apartment for 2 people (plus 1 child, if needed) with a spacious terrace is located on the upper floor of a vacation home by the sea with a garden, situated in the second row from the beach on a quiet, gated private street.

The location is perfect for morning walks on the beach, a dip in the sea to wake up, a quick cool-off in the evening, or a midnight swim under the full moon.

On the upper floor, the apartment features the large “Vista Mare” living room and bedroom with a panoramic window and a wonderful ocean view, a double bed, a sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed for 1 child if needed), built-in closets, a dining table, air conditioning, and roller shutters. Adjacent to it is the “Alba” bathroom with a shower-tub combination, sink, toilet, and a view of the sunrise. On the first floor is a fully equipped, cozy kitchen with a dining table, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen cabinets, as well as the small “Piccolina” bathroom.

The spacious rooftop terrace (28 square meters) facing north with a side view of the sea is perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner while enjoying the view. Lounge chairs, chairs, and a dining table are provided for this purpose.

It is also possible to request the entire vacation home for up to 6 people, including the terrace and garden.
The vacation home is a detached house with 134 square meters of living space (first floor + upper floor). A beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden featuring palm trees, pine trees, fruit trees, blooming bougainvilleas, and oleanders surrounds the 750-square-meter property.

The two-person apartment features, on the first floor, a small, cozy kitchen with a dining table, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, an adjoining guest restroom named “Piccolina,” and an outdoor seating area with a dining table and chairs.

The apartment includes a parking space on the property and a shared outdoor shower.

Wi-Fi is included (however, due to the proximity to the sea, reception may be limited at times). A set of bed linens and towels can
be booked for an additional fee or brought along (please be sure to specify this when booking!).

Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented on-site at the sandy beach. There is a sailing/surfing school and several beach bars in the immediate vicinity.
A small, modern supermarket is located 800 m away, and several
restaurants are within a 3–10-minute walk (both along the street and on the beach).

Terracina, the nearest major town, is 4 km away and, with its historic old town,
beach promenade, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and sights (e.g., Tempio di Giove), is always worth a spontaneous trip. A visit to the harbor and the historic center of San Felice del Circeo, about 13 km away, is also well worth it.

For excursions to sites of art and history, Rome is 100 km away, Naples (Pompeii)
130 km, Sperlonga 18 km, and San Felice 12 km.
The islands of Capri, Ischia, Ventotene, and the Ponza Islands are also accessible by boat from the ports of Terracina, San Felice, or Naples (depending on the season) and make for wonderful day trips.
Mountain tours by bike or on foot are possible on Mount Circeo and in the surrounding countryside.
Tennis. Paddle courts and soccer fields can be rented nearby.

The nearest airports are in Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino); the nearest train station is Monte San Biaggio.

A car is recommended.
