For reservations of up to 4 people, a sofa bed, if requested, incurs an additional cost of €20 for extra linens.

By regional law, gas heating may be used for 8 hours a day, from November 15 to April 15, at a maximum temperature of 22°C.

Under regional law, air conditioning, when used in cooling mode, cannot be set below 20°C during the summer.
