This luxury accommodation consists of both sides of a semi-detached house.
This spacious, detached house can accommodate up to 18 people (16 adults) and has a total area of 260 m², spread over 3 floors.
There are numerous winter and summer activities available in the area.
The house is centrally located between various ski areas such as Zell am See/Kaprun, Kitzbühel KitzSki, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Wildkogel Arena, and Weißsee Gletscherwelt.
Located in the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park.
First floor:
2 ski lockers with boot dryers.
2 game rooms with a good selection of children’s toys, board games, cards, and a dartboard. The room also features a foosball table (kicker) and a large TV screen with a PS4.

2x open-concept kitchen/living room with comfortable chairs and a spacious dining area, featuring a lockable connecting door between the two areas.
Large panoramic windows and doors that open onto the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchens featuring, among other things: induction cooktop, combination oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and cheese fondue set.
2x TV rooms, flat-screen smart TV with DVD player and large, comfortable sofa. There are also some Dutch and English DVDs and TV channels available.

Because Dopplerhaus is built on a hill, it is only accessible via a steep staircase; therefore, unfortunately, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with health issues.
