Terrible experience

4 / 10

The united was clean, looked like the pics, except for the run down condition of the unit and building itself. There were only one set of towels for a 5 night stay for 3 people, so we had to purchase more towels. Though not onsite, the staff sent frequent emails and text messages to check on us. Overall, the experience was pleasant and seamless.

4 / 10

There was only one set of towels for the length of the stay. We had to spend our own money to make sure we had clean towels daily. That’s the only real complaint. Everything else was great!

2 / 10

This property leaves a lot be desired. please see what was shared with property management. Foul smell of mold and smoking was present towels were unclean communication was thru email only Bathrooms showed it age and lack of cleanliness. This is aged and run down apartment unit dressed up to hide the short coming.
