Our lovingly designed vacation apartments offer you modern comforts that meet today’s standards.
The approximately 39 m² apartment is ideal for 1–4 people and features two cozy double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments in a pleasant atmosphere.
Amenities also include satellite TV, a radio, a DVD player, a microwave, and a dishwasher—ensuring a thoroughly comfortable stay.
The Koglbauer is situated in a stunning location at 1,036 meters above sea level, just about 10-minute walk from the famous Hexenwasser. The drive from the village takes about 10 minutes; the road up from Söll can be considered an ideal warm-up route on a mountain bike.
Our farm, with a herd of about 25 head of cattle, has been in operation for over 400 years and was rebuilt in recent years. This allowed us to design the vacation apartments with the latest standards in mind, ensuring both functionality and modern layout. We have strived to harmonize tradition and modernity.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, you’ll rediscover your inner peace and serenity—whether while strolling, hiking in the mountains, mountain climbing, and biking in the summer, or while skiing, ski touring, or snowboarding in the winter—all in Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.
Our farm has been operated as an organic farm for years and is certified as such. On the farm, there’s a wide variety of animals, and for those who are particularly interested and reasonably skilled, there’s also the opportunity to help out in the barn and with haymaking in the summer.
On-site costs: A bread roll service with a bacon and cheese platter can be booked on-site. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
