This property attracted my attention because of the BEAUTIFUL photos. The unit was nice. I enjoyed the washer/dryer in unit (small bottle of laundry detergent provided), parking space, pet-friendly because my daughter's dog wanted to visit. Coffee maker and coffee provider and tea kettle. Central air was great. The complex is near shops and near the Marina. The host was sweet and prompt to respond to messages. I felt safe in unit and in the building.Initial booking was bumpy. Listing was removed after a request for booking with a price increase...perhaps world cup price increase? The initial check in was a also a bit bumpy because the entry code alerting the host didn't go through. Seemed to be a system glitch. The complex is fairly large so I had to focus and not get lost at the beginning of my stay. I mentioned to host that she could beef-up some of the supplies so they would last through out my 2 week visit..ie. more toilet paper, a new unopened sponge, etc. The building is adjacent to a slightly busier street and area is not bad but a little more urban than I expected. Residents and tenants in the building tend to be younger but all very nice and pleasant. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this VRBO but I personally found the pricing high because of the location and lack of supplies but I mentioned it to the host and she liked the constructive feedback.
