About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is very spacious and lovingly furnished. It is centrally located yet quiet.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
One person can sleep on the couch in the living room.
The built-in kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a wood-burning stove.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, a tub, a sink, and a toilet.
When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast on the rooftop terrace or the balcony.
If needed, you can work at a desk in the study.
By car, it’s only a 15-minute drive to Leipzig/Halle Airport, Porsche, and the A9 and A14 highways. It’s just a little further to the Leipzig Trade Fair, BMW, Beiersdorf (Nivea), and DHL.
The city centers of Leipzig and Halle, with their many cultural, recreational, and sightseeing opportunities, are just a 30-minute drive away.
The Schladitzer See recreational area and the Werbeliner See nature reserve are also just 10 minutes away. Schladitzer Bay, with its swimming beach and water adventure park, offers plenty of activities.
The neighboring, well-developed sports beach provides many water-based recreational opportunities such as windsurfing, sailing, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, and kayaking.
A network of biking and hiking trails connects all the interesting places around the lakes.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a children’s playground, a doctor’s office, and a pharmacy.
My parents live on the first floor of the house with their small dog.
