About this apartment rental
Our farm is located in the Winkl district, which is part of the municipality of Grabenstätt. Our cozy, rustic-style vacation apartments feature a large balcony and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooking facilities, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi, TV, and radio are available to our guests at all times. Children, dogs, and other pets are very welcome here! You can park your car for free right in front of our house in the courtyard. Bedding and towels are included in the price.

In the town center, 1.5 km away, you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants. Lake Tüttensee, a small, tranquil swimming lake with a small restaurant, is just 3 km away from us; Lake Chiemsee, “the Bavarian Sea,” is about 7 km away; where you can take a boat to Fraueninsel or Herreninsel, home to King Ludwig II’s famous Herrenchiemsee Palace. Popular leisure activities in our region include biking, hiking, or a visit to the “Chiemgau Viewing Platform,” the Hochfelln, which you can reach on foot or by aerial cableway. The Hochfelln aerial cableway in Bergen is a 10-minute drive away. The Austrian border is just 45 km away. In Salzburg, you can visit the beautiful old town with the famous Getreidegasse, where Mozart’s birthplace is located.
We—Manuela and Stefan Hummel—run our vacation rental with a great deal of passion. We have four children ranging in age from 23 to 5. On the side, we run a small part-time farm with 20 sheep, 60 chickens, and horses. Our guests’ well-being is our top priority. Our vacation rentals have been around for several generations. Starting with rooms and shared bathrooms/toilets, everything was converted into vacation rentals in the 2000s and has since been repeatedly modernized and brought up to the latest standards.
