A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric hob, oven, as well as everything you need for cooking.
All opening onto a large terrace equipped with a dining table and deckchairs. CLEANING AND DRY CLEANING FEES OF 140€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these fees cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you arrive in a clean place is disinfected).

DURING YOUR STAY:
--> To notify us in case of breakage or deterioration
--> No overflow will be accepted. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbours and the noise level in the evening and morning.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:
--> Empty all garbage cans in the accommodation before your departure

--> Gather all bed linen and towels in one place (returning them to a normal state of use) PGJyPg
--> Replace any objects and furniture that were moved during your stay to their original place. PGJyPg
--> Make the dishes clean and put them away as well as empty the dishwasher.

--> Cleaning appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine...)

--> Make the sanitary facilities clean.

--> Throw away or take all the food that has been opened.

In the event that the accommodations are made dirty, we charge you the following rate: 140€ on leaving the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

In case of loss of keys/beep data or breakage of a key or lock, the costs of changing the lock or duplicates will be borne by the tenant.
