Located in the heart of Aprica, the Tana dell'Elfo Palù is a charming 35-square-meter apartment that combines a central location with complete privacy. Nestled in a quiet setting, it’s just a few meters from the hiking trails and ski slopes, allowing you to leave your car in the inner courtyard (where shared parking spaces are available) and walk to everything you need: supermarkets, ski schools, rental shops, tennis courts, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment, located on the second floor and accessible via a charming panoramic elevator, has been designed to welcome you with its cozy warmth. It’s the ideal base for relaxing after a day outdoors—a place to create happy memories. Given its compact size and layout, the apartment is not suitable for infants: there is no space for strollers or baby carriages, there are no dedicated cribs or cots, and the apartment is not equipped to meet the needs of young children.

The living area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen to ensure your utmost comfort: you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a moka pot for your morning coffee, as well as a washing machine and a basic selection of teas, herbal teas, and condiments. The dining table is the heart of the home, perfect for sharing meals and relaxing together.

Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a comfortable bunk bed equipped with adjustable reading lights and USB-C charging ports. For the other two guests, the sofa bed is designed to be converted with a single motion: simply remove the cushions and pull out the backrest, and you’re ready to relax. Here, too, remote-controlled mood lighting and USB-C ports ensure technological comfort. For your leisure time, you’ll have access to a Smart TV with all your streaming platforms and a powerful Wi-Fi connection.

The bathroom, equipped with a shower and a window, offers a picturesque view of a large birch tree that changes colors with each season, bringing a touch of nature even to moments of privacy.

The large windows and the spacious balcony look directly out onto the mountains and the Magnolta ski lifts. The balcony is furnished with a small table where you can sip coffee while admiring the view, and features a practical wooden bench that serves as both a seat and a place to store your skis. For days with heavy snowfall, a snow shovel is also available.

For recycling (paper, plastic, and mixed dry/wet waste), you’ll find the bins in the basement (level -1 of the elevator). Glass must be disposed of in the designated street collection bins on Via Europa.

Smoking is prohibited indoors; it is permitted only on the balcony.
