This lovingly designed attic apartment features high-quality amenities, bright rooms, and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and unwind. A spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom ensure that you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment.

BergZeit Vacation Rental:
A newly furnished 65 m² vacation apartment with an exposed wooden roof truss awaits you on the 2nd floor of our rustic, solid-wood house. In addition to a spacious living and kitchen area, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with an adjoining bathroom/toilet and a bathtub. An additional toilet and a walk-in closet round out this comfortable apartment. The separate entrance leads you up an outdoor staircase and through an interior stairwell directly into your vacation home. On the wide south-facing balcony, you can sit comfortably in the sun and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
You’ll find shopping options for daily necessities as well as breakfast options at the small village store s’Ladala, about a 5-minute walk away. Public transportation, such as buses and trains, is also within a 10-minute walk.
On-site costs: The price of the unit is for 2 people per night. Includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and all Königscard benefits, plus a visitor’s tax of €1.50 per person per night. We require a minimum stay of 5 nights. A flat-rate deposit of €100 is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the following fees apply: - Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation - 29 to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the rental cost - 13 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the rental cost Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. We generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
