House rules: No drug or cannabis use, open flames, candles or fireworks anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). No smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco or e-cigarettes. No undeclared guests, parties or events. Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am. Please recycle garbage. Damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit or sought after. Late checkout until 4 pm available on request for a half-day fee — please check with us.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for under the cancellation policy shown for this property.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is placed as a pre-authorization hold on your payment card on the day of check-in. The hold is released after check-out and inspection, less any charges for damage or extra cleaning, if applicable.
