About this apartment rental

Summary:

The golf course stretches out below Unit 266's private balcony; Unit 267 looks over the resort grounds. This two-bedroom Silverado condo sleeps 4 across two California king suites, each with its own bathroom, inside the resort where two championship courses meet world-class dining. You're steps from the community pool and a quick stroll to The Grill. Downtown Napa's 55+ tasting rooms are 10 minutes away. Your wine country escape starts where the resort meets the vines.

The Space:

Light filters through the sliding doors and across the sectional as the Silverado fairway wakes below Unit 266's top-floor balcony. This two-bedroom condo pairs two California king suites — each with its own en-suite bath — for two couples or a family of four, with no units above and the resort's restaurants and pool a short stroll away.

A sectional faces the corner fireplace with white mantel and the 42-inch flat-screen, sliding glass doors opening to Unit 266's private balcony above the golf course. Speckled granite tops the full kitchen under a diamond-pattern tile backsplash — the breakfast bar carries casual meals, and the dining table hosts the evening's bottle from the day's tasting rooms. A wine fridge keeps your Napa Valley finds cold. The second unit stands as its own self-contained suite with mini-fridge and coffee station, ideal for couples traveling together who want their own space.

THE RESORT SETTING

The resort's restaurants, market, and shops sit right outside your top-floor door and are open to all, and the community pool is included in your stay. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort — check with Silverado for current details. This privately owned condo is managed by Casago, so there's no $25/day resort fee. Coin-operated laundry is shared near the community pool.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Unit 266's covered balcony overlooks the golf course, furnished for morning coffee or evening wine. The community's kidney-shaped community pool offers lounge chairs and mountain views a short walk away.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary suite offers a California king, electric fireplace, and 42-inch TV with en-suite vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom has its own California king and en-suite bath, plus coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, private entrance, and separate climate control. Sleeps 4.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

-- Air conditioning throughout

-- Two 42-inch flat-screen TVs

-- Wine refrigerator

-- Complimentary Wi-Fi

-- Community pool

-- Coin-operated washer and dryer shared near the pool

-- Top-floor unit (no neighbors above; stairs only — no elevator)

Guest Access:

Pour your morning coffee on Unit 266's private balcony as the golf course wakes up, then make your way through the Silverado Resort grounds — on-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to the public, and the community pool near your condo is included in your stay. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. Both adjoining units are yours, with two bedroom suites and an elegant fireplace in the living area. Punch in the Schlage keypad code on arrival; on-site parking holds two.

The Neighborhood:

Your condo sits within the prestigious Silverado Resort community, where championship golf meets wine country sophistication. The Silverado Market & Bakery is just 0.1 miles away for morning coffee and fresh pastries. When hunger strikes, The Grill and Mansion Bar & Terrace are both within a few minutes' walk. For groceries, Monticello Deli & Market is 0.9 miles away, while the full-service Nob Hill Foods is 2.1 miles. Wine tasting begins practically at your doorstep — Poe Wines is just 0.2 miles away, followed by Pahlmeyer Winery (0.5 mi), Whetstone Wine Cellars (0.6 mi), and the popular Del Dotto Historic Winery & Caves (0.7 mi). The famous Silverado Trail runs right past the resort, lined with dozens more tasting rooms. Downtown Napa's vibrant scene of 55+ urban tasting rooms, Oxbow Public Market, and acclaimed restaurants lies just 10 minutes south.

Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have parking for 2 vehicles in the unassigned outdoor spaces. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.

Other Things to Note:

• The resort's naturally cool evenings mean you'll rarely need the air conditioning, though it's there when Napa's summer days heat up.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available. The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• This is a second-floor unit accessible only by stairs — no elevator available.

• You can still enjoy the restaurants, market, and shops on-site.

• The community pool is yours to use.

• The coin-operated laundry is shared with other units.

• The primary renter must be 25 or older.

This property was ideallyy situated for our daily excursions thru the valley. It was clean & comfortable. The only issue we had was the combination lock codes that were given did not work and the instructions were for a different model of lock. The combination code should either be changed or the correct code should be given with the instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Three of us stayed in the 2 units for 4 nights. Very comfortable beds, nice balcony overlooking the golf course, and well-stocked kitchen. Glad there was a coffee maker and hair dryer. We had no issues and would stay here again. Not walkable to downtown, but close to grocery store, gas stations, and many wineries. Downtown is about a 7 minute drive.

This two bedroom condo was cozy and quiet. It had a lovely deck that was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the golfers practice their swings.

Older furnishings but nice overall - toilet leaked and doors squeaked - thermostats did not seem to work properly. When asked for help fixing the toilet - nobody show up to fix it
