This is a completely self-contained 1-bedroom basement suite, and it also has a double size sofa bed in the living room. Guests have own private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please with total privacy.
Guests have full access to the entire unit. Please note that the laundry room is a shared utility area between the suite and the owner’s section, separated by a privacy curtain. For your convenience, you have a dedicated 2-in-1 Washer & Dryer combo for your exclusive use—you will not need to share the machine with the owner. Additionally, for your peace of mind, you can lock the door from your side whenever the laundry area is not in use.
Cancellation & Security Deposit — Please Note
• Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for under the cancellation policy shown for this property.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is placed as a pre-authorization hold on your payment card on the day of check-in. The hold is released after check-out and inspection, less any charges for damage or extra cleaning, if applicable.
