About this apartment rental
Our 3 vacation apartments measure approximately 45 m² plus a covered outdoor seating area of 10 qm.
The large vacation apartment (family apartment) measures 90 qm plus a terrace of 20 qm.
They are centrally located on a quiet town square and are part of a complex comprising a historic water tower and a new building. This new wooden structure was built using an eco-friendly solid-wood construction method. We paid special attention to using building materials that are ecologically sound. The green flat roof helps regulate the climate, allowing us to avoid the need for complex air-conditioning systems so far. The chosen building design shields the structure from harmful radiation such as radon and electromagnetic waves. After long hikes in the Palatinate Forest, our guests will find a cozy atmosphere in the natural, wood-paneled interiors. The barrier-free, threshold-free design of the vacation complex makes a stay here just as enjoyable for seniors as it is for active young guests.
There is a covered bike storage area for guests bringing their own bicycles.
