This classic Maine Cape feels wonderfully secluded, yet the charming village of Port Clyde is just a short walk away.
A winding path through the woods and moss-covered boulders leads to your own little stretch of shoreline. Spend your days searching for sea glass, exploring tidal pools, launching a kayak, or simply settling in with a good book while the tides come and go.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the open-concept living space with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, where French doors open onto a spacious deck with a gas grill, outdoor seating, and views of the lawn and water beyond.

Primary bedroom: Main floor with queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and wooded water views.
Second bedroom: Upstairs with queen bed and nearby full bathroom.

The house was exactly as shown in the pics that allowed for the perfect outdoor, cove, beach, deck, and yard activities while having all the amenities for the rainy indoor days. Quiet secluded area and a mile walk on a beautiful quiet street to Port Clyde.

My partner, myself, and my parents really enjoyed our visit. The lake is stunning and the proximity to Rt 1 makes it easy to get to the towns in the area.

The house is newly renovated and beautiful! The location on the cove is fabulous. Unfortunately, on our 5 th day there was a sudden infestation of carpenter ants that swarmed over the inside of the picture windows seemingly coming from the ceiling. We vacuumed them up with a shop vac we found in the garage and called Vacasa. The builder came to look. Since we had gotten most of them, he said he’d send an exterminator after we left. The next afternoon the ants were back en mass! They were all over and they forced us to leave 2 days early. We felt we were in a horror movie. Thousands of huge carpenter ants swarming.
