This property is engaged in extortion and fraud. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment with cash payment on-site. Upon my arrival on June 28th at 7:00 PM, I was met in the lobby by unknown individuals who claimed that my booked room did not exist. They took me to a different building and showed me a standard studio. Instead of the 2-room apartment I had booked, they offered me this studio, but at a price nearly TWICE as high as the original agreement.
When I refused to comply with this illegal scheme, they openly told me, 'Complain wherever you want, this account has long been deleted,' then turned around and left.
I am a 100% disabled individual; and it is very difficult for me to move around. I was simply abandoned on the street in a foreign country, late in the evening, in a vulnerable state. Due to their deception, I was forced to urgently overpay double the price to book a room through the official Orbi website, as I physically did not have the strength to look for other accommodation. Booking.com must block this fake account immediately!
