It’s very new and tastefully done. But more than the room, I am really impressed by the kindness and hospitality of management and staff, especially Amy. I couldn’t be more thankful for the kind consideration they had extended to me — a major mistake on my part was managed without much fuss.
If I could give them an 11, I would.
There is no elevator but Amy kindly assisted us with our luggages.

Large, clean, quiet room in a lively neighborhood. Everything for a great stay in Koenji, Tokyo. Thank you!

Super clean and practical while we were traveling with 2 children. The local area is outstanding, just out of the hectic rush of Tokyo centre but close enough by a short train ride. Lots of local shops and services, we loved it, would highly recommend with children, 10 out of 10
Nothing really, we loved everything about it, the only thing I could say was we were staying on the top floor and there was no lift, so we had to carry out suit cases up 4 floors, but that’s no big deal.

The location was amazing in the heart of it all. Always something to do
Apartment was great, everything new. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.
If there was anything, was no elevator, with all our bags it was a hike. But that was minimal
