Mehmet was a really great host, staying up very late to greet my on my late arrival!! The hotel was very proximate to Taksim Square and easy to locate and the room was very clean and comfortable! I only stayed for one night, but I wish I could have stayed for more!

Location is good; near Taksim square and near the Havabus airport bus stop. Price was good, all things considered. It is possible to walk to the main shopping street from the hotel.
I didn't really sleep on the first night, as it was so cold. I asked for a 2nd blanket, which I was told they would bring for the next night, but the extra blanket was never brought, so I was cold again (even though the heating briefly came on in the evening). The room is also at the top of a VERY steep staircase, which might not be suitable for some people.

Mehmet und Mubariz sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, man ist in 5min auf dem Taksim Platz. Dennoch ist die Strasse überhaupt nicht zu hören. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 geöffnet, alternativ gibt es einen Code, den man eingeben kann. Die Zimmer sind für türkische Verhältnisse sauber und sind grosszügig ausgestattet. In der Lobby kann man auf Anfrage jederzeit kostenlos Tee & Kaffee trinken.
Bis spät in die Nacht stehen immer wieder lautstarke Türken vor dem Eingang und diskutieren kulturell bedingt sehr laut miteinander. Wenn man das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, kriegt man ohne Ohrstöpsel kein Auge zu.
Die Sauberkeit ist wie gesagt für türkische Verhältnisse gut, trotzdem findet man hier und da ein Haar.
Die Putzfrau kam nur, wenn ich sie dazu aufgefordert habe.
Mein Zimmer hatte zudem nur eine helle Lampe an der Decke, kein Nachtlicht oder sonstiges Licht.
Im Badezimmer muffiger Geruch aus den Abflussrohren.
Immer wieder Gestank nach Zigaretten im ganzen Hotel bis ins Zimmer hinein, weil die Besitzer beim Eingang rauchen, ohne die Tür zuzumachen. Das war eklig.
