They gave us 2 new rooms once we indicated the issues with the family room
They left the window open and there were mosquitoes in the room . Then the a/c unit had an odour!

I’ve never seen a cleaner room!!!! It was spotless. New, modern, tasteful. Host super kind, communicative, with an extraordinary willingness to help (early check-in and late check-out were no problem, Cristian even answered in the middle of the night - when I was hoping he’d read my text only in the morning). Also the cleaning lady was a real sunshine, smiling and kind all the time.
