駐車場代がかからないというのは本当にお得感がありました。立地もワイキキの真ん中でアクセスしやすいのは良かったです。トラブル時の対応などオーナーの対応は親切丁寧に返信してくださるので安心出来ました。
唯一部屋の匂いが気になりました。オーナーの方とやり取りしたのですがオーナー的には気にならないようでしたがやはり部屋に戻るたび匂いが気になりました。 今回12日間の利用でしたがタオルの洗濯、アメニティの追加は自己負担となりホテルなら必要ない出費でした。日数に応じた対応をしてもらえたら嬉しかったです。 部屋の電圧がホテルと違うのか夜ドライヤー、携帯充電、部屋の照明、テレビをつけたら電圧が落ちて真っ暗に、、 オーナーの方に電話をして対応してもらえましたがびっくりしました❗️
