Lovely modern property with loads of space and excellent facilities.

The location is great. It is very spacious and the scenery is wonderful.
There was no hot water most of the time. Had to message host on how to fix the issue. We needed to boost the hot water frequentlyfrom the basement which is outside the building. The place could have been cleaner. There were pieces of stale bread underneath kitchen surfaces and you could tell that the cleaner does the bare minimum. There are two washer/dryer machines and the other one doesn't work. It would have been good to know that in advance

The house was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It has four spacious bedrooms and two comfortable common areas.
Truly one of the best finds in Edinburgh - highly recommended!
Entrance was a bit hard to find as it had no number but the host was super helpful, she sent a google map link attached with picture which made it easier for us to find.

Just about everything in the property was very good. The rooms and lounges were big and spacious, so our group feel very comfortable during the stay.
The kitchen also had a large dining table which was very suitable for our big group to eat together.
The host was very welcoming and helpful from beginning to end. We also could park 3 cars for free during our stay, which was very convenient for us.
The property is not near Edinburgh Airport but was convenient to get there and back through the city’s bypass
