The view of the hut was everything I can imagine and more. Such a beautiful hut and breathtaking view. I don't think I will ever see something as magnificent. The bed was comfortable and the interior of the hut was incredible, took many photos inside the hut. The hut was just on top of the famous Kolsay Cafe (Cafe Tary). Moreover, at night you can see all the stars which was nice and it is super quiet.
Unfortunately, I have many negative comments. First the communication with the host before entering the facility was really bad, they are extremely slow in replying as we needed to know what's the exact location of drop off. Communication in booking took them around 2 days to reply. Secondly, is that the bed sheets were dirty, there was a big spot were I had to lay and sleep, it was pretty late night when I was getting into bed and I had to put some sort of towel to be able to sleep. The next morning there was dripping (BIG DRIP) inside the bathroom heater, it was wet and we were worried that the water will touch the electricity. I have communicated with them but no response at all. We couldn't even shower as we were scared to touch the water. Also, during the night there was a horrible smell like sewage, i'm not sure why. Lastly, the buffet was very limiting and unsatisfactory. Literally nothing but some milk, some cheese, some type of egg dish.
I'm disappointed as this is not worth even half of the money we paid. Yes, the view is AMAZING. but the service, the smell, and safety risk isn't worth it. I hope it will be fixed :)
