I would definitely recommend for friends, couple and families!

The aesthetics of the house and the fact that was very comfortable!

Everything was fine!

Far below expectations for the price

The location was convenient, there was air conditioning, and the host was responsive.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price of around €200 per night. Cleanliness and overall maintenance were below what we expected. The shower was not properly cleaned, some kitchen utensils were dirty, and during our stay we found two large cockroaches inside the accommodation, one of them in the bedroom. The bathroom was also quite impractical. There was no functioning ventilation. The only window was behind the washing machine, in an area obstructed by stored items, and despite trying, we could not open it. There was also no shelf or suitable space in the shower for basic toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel. The bed was uncomfortable and did not feel particularly sturdy, while several details throughout the accommodation felt basic or makeshift for this price range. Another disappointing issue was the parking. We were specifically directed to a nearby parking area and told that it was “free for everybody”. We were later approached and informed that it was private and that we should not park there, which put us in a very uncomfortable position. We believe this should have been verified before recommending the parking area to guests. Overall, the value for money was very poor. We understand that Elafonisos is expensive during high season, but at this price we expected a significantly better standard of cleanliness, comfort, maintenance and attention to detail.
