The rooms were absolutely beautiful and huge. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a good hairdryer. The location was great for an overnight stay before getting on a cruise the next morning. Viet was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring quick communication and clear instructions. He also really helped us even after we checked out, supporting us with our transfer back to Hà Nội. We were really grateful.
We loved everything

Excellent value. Room was spacious and clean. People who run it are attentive and friendly.
Variety of food was poor but that was the same in the area.

We like the Hotel in General. The new Manager is super helpful and very kind and nice. The hotel is very well located , modern an quiet...
we did not get the room we reserved. I reserved a triple room for me, my wife and my child (12 years) ad we got a double room. the room has a "shared" livieng room where all the people coming down the stairs passed. Fortunately the kindnes and helpfullness of the manager overrated everything....
