Leider eine grosse Enttäuschung * Erholung wegen Baustelle und Mängeln nicht möglich * Massive Mängel und unzumutbar

Pool / Zimmer- Badaufteilung

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass sich die Ferienwohnung nicht in dem Zustand befand, wie sie angeboten und erwartet werden durfte. Die Wohnung war in einem ungenügend gereinigten Zustand. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch angebrochene und gebrauchte Lebensmittel der Vormieter. In den Küchenschubladen lagen Tabletten. Zudem lag gebrauchte Zahnseide herum. Unter einem Bett befand sich Hundespielzeug und in einer Schublade wurde ein getragenes Bikinioberteil vorgefunden. Besonders gravierend war der Zustand der drei Badezimmer. Bei jedem Lavabo befanden sich noch persönliche Hygieneartikel der Vormieter, darunter jeweils eine gebrauchte Zahnbürste, ein gebrauchter Rasierer, eine angebrochene Zahnpasta sowie herumstehende Shampooflaschen. Dies stellt einen erheblichen Hygienemangel dar und entspricht in keiner Weise dem Standard, den ein Feriengast bei der Übernahme einer Unterkunft erwarten darf. Sämtliche Mängel wurden unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft fotografisch dokumentiert und dem Eigentümer beziehungsweise dem Makler unverzüglich gemeldet. Hinzu kam ein Defekt an den Storen. Anstelle der beworbenen Panoramaaussicht blickten wir während mehrerer Tage auf einen heruntergelassenen Store, wodurch die Aussicht erheblich eingeschränkt war. Nachdem dieser notdürftig repariert worden war, trat kurze Zeit später erneut ein Defekt an einem weiteren Store auf. Auch darüber wurde der Makler jeweils umgehend informiert. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts waren wir zudem einer massiven Lärmbelastung durch umfangreiche Bauarbeiten rund um die Liegenschaft ausgesetzt. Die Bauarbeiten begannen täglich bereits gegen 6.15 Uhr morgens und dauerten über den Tag hinweg an. Dadurch war eine ungestörte Nutzung der Terrasse zum Frühstück oder Mittagessen ebenso wenig möglich wie ein erholsamer Aufenthalt am Pool.
