About this apartment rental
The apartment is located at the first floor of a 1600 building, at just one-minute walk from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, which represent the district heart and at 15 minutes far from Piazza Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. Trastevere district is one of the coolest and younger areas where you can still see the genuine hospitality of the Roman people, it is full of wonderful views especially appreciated walking in the small alleys that are a characteristic of the neighborhood. The apartment consists of two separate entrances (kitchen-living room), two double bedrooms, living room with two large bright windows facing the street below, a double sofa bed available on request, studio - library, very well equipped kitchen consisting of ground fires with grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus a range of other small appliances, large terrace courtyard and laundry room with washing machine. The kitchen has a large French door facing the annex terrace with opportunity to make those to one large room in the sunny days.
Two bathrooms each with steam shower and jacuzzi bath tub.
A third bathroom, service, equipped with washing machine.
Tastefully decorated with coffered ceilings in all rooms. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, telephone only for domestic calls, cable TV, Netflix, air conditioning (cooling-heating) in all rooms, central heating with radiators all over the property in winter time.

The host was amazing, thank you Michele for your hospitality and advice, which was wonderful. The only concern we had was out of his control which is the very loud nightlife below the apartment. We loved the location within Rome and the access to markets and restaurants.

The property is in a great location with access to restaurants, metro station, taxi stand, and other essentials. The host is responsive and ensured a smooth check in process. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. You can experience some street noise in one of the bedrooms especially during weekend nights - a pair of noise cancelling headphones can help. Highly recommend the property for families looking for a comfortable spacious location.

We had a great stay in Trasteverre. Michele was very communicative and thorough when checking us in. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as laundry and location. It was very lively with some street noise but we slept well and comfortably.

Excellent location in the heart of Trastevere. Location is where the action is, lots of restaurants and shops minutes from the apartment. Also the main attractions of Rome are easily reachable by walking or for those who prefer public transportation the tram is only a few minutes away.Description is of the place is adequate to what is advertised, 2 bathroom but only 1 shower, the other bathroom has a tub.Excellent communication with the owner.We enjoyed our 3 night stay.
