Check-in facile via une lockbox.

Nice location, not far from the main high street with all the shops and restaurants. Staff were really welcoming and very helpful. They have their own restaurant downstairs open until late and very good coffee.
The drinks were a bit pricey compares to other coffee shop but it was OK as there were many coffee shops nearby. The food was not that good so I didn't eat there again.

Bardzo dobry kontakt. Przyjechałem przed północą i klucze czekały, kod do drzwi zadziałał.

I absolutely loved the location! I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in a quiet area while still being close to public transportation, restaurants, and cafes. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet everything is just a short walk away. The location was truly perfect for me!
The biggest disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. I stayed for 3 days, and my room was never cleaned during my stay. No one came to clean it at all, which I found very strange
The second issue was the complete lack of on-site staff or a reception desk. Check-in involved collecting a key from a designated lockbox, and check-out simply meant leaving the key card in another box. There was no one available to speak to if anything went wrong
Guests are instructed to call a number if they need assistance, but the phone provided was switched off and stored at the bottom of a cupboard. This made the whole arrangement feel very inconvenient and unprofessional. I believe a hotel should have someone available to assist guests, especially in case of an emergency.
