Parking can be a bit tricky if you come in something bigger than a car

The place was spotless and the beds were comfy. There was parking The place came well equipped so we was able to cook My kids enjoyed the pool table and having a tv in their rooms

The pool table made the trip for us. The beds were comfortable. Communication was swift and keen to resolve. The water pressure was out of this world!

Where to start…. The property is located in a run down part of housing estate. Parking is available but no spaces defined. We were parked around a mini roundabout surrounded by garages which included a smashed up ice cream dispenser. First impressions were….. oh no! What have we booked??? As we approached the property we were 15 mins early. The cleaners were still inside so we waited. There were 2 trolleys outside the property. They were finished about 30mins later. When we entered the house, we almost tripped over the cable that runs across the door. The pool table was great, but both pool cues were missing tips. One of the tips was found and we mended it. We looked out of the broken patio door that does not close onto an overgrown garden littered with cigarette butts. There were 100s of them all over the patio. As we started to unload our groceries, the fridge was dirty inside and all of the freezer drawers cracked. The freezer door catches on the skirting board. The cupboards were sticky on the handles and mucky inside. The upstairs bathroom had a wet bathmat in. It looked like someone had showered and stepped into the mat and it was not replaced with a clean dry one. Each of the double beds had 1 towel on. When we looked in the airing cupboard for more, there was a mix of damp towels and bedding haphazardly in there. Along with the properties supply of sugar, tea and a few half used toilet rolls. We bought extra toilet roll as the 3 rolls were not enough for 7 adults over the course of 4 days. One of the windows in the twin room would not close. There were lampshades missing, just bare lightbulbs. When stripping the beds on check out day, we discovered a huge yellow patch on one of the mattress protectors. The handrails upstairs were dirty and need a good scrub. The outside of the windows have not been clean for sometime. I messaged the property almost immediately and sent photos. They were very quick to respond and sent the cleaner back.
