Stress, dissapointment and chaos in 2 days
The best thing was that we checked out :)
Well…
1. When we checked in and came in our apartment shower was fully on, which caused flood. Also, it was a bit scary, because we thought that the some kind of person was in our apartment.
2. The owner didn’t mentioned the fact, that there is no water in the apartment from 00h.
3. When we started unloading our stuff from shop and opened fridge we were scared. Fridge had a lot of different food products that were expired. Freezer looks even worse…
4. Dishwasher was fully loaded :)
5. We were 5 adult people, but there were only 4 blankets ready. Also, it looked like it wasn’t even washed before our stay. Luckily, we had our own blankets.
6. Parking… it was mentioned that there is private parking. Owner send us to some kind of construction place to leave our car here. Place was around 1km away uphill and looked really sketchy.
7. Mold everywhere, no trash bag and etc.
8. Last, but not least :) INTERNET AND COMUNNICATION. Till we came to the place owner was nice, send us directions, check-in information, Wifi password and etc. When tried to connect to the wifi password was incorrect. We wrote for the owner, he wrote: “wait”, we waited for 1 hour. Then we called for him and he again said: “wait” We waited for 1hour more. Keep in mind, we are from EU country and one person has online job. We had a SIM card with limited SMS, internet and call minutes limits. To use our limited internet is kind of a luxury. After 2 hours of waitting, we called for booking.com, but our limited international minutes time ran-out. After 2,5 hours of waitting FINALLY host contacted us with another password. After 3 days booking reached out to us and give us 10€ compensation, because even they weren’t able to contact with a host.
