If I go to Wembley Stadium again I’d definitely stay here again.

The place looked nice, pretty clean. Was only a short walk from Wembley about 5-10 minutes. Staff were very helpful.

The only bad thing about it really it’s by a busy/loud road so a little difficult to sleep

Book directly with hotels to reduce the risk of bookings being cancelled at the last minute

We didn’t get chance to stay in the property as the host / Booking.com cancelled our booking 2 hours before our arrival. A message I sent to the host on the 18th July asking for clarification on something to do with the property went unanswered and yesterday (31/07/26) I called to ask for details of the code for the key box so we could access the property as requested in my booking confirmation. All I got was an answer machine message saying the number was busy. I called roughly 7 times all went unanswered. Then I emailed the host through booking.com This was when I then got a call from a number in Hong Kong which was Booking.com stating the room was ‘not in a useable condition’ and that I should book another room for 2 hours time in London on the night of a sell out concert.

Booking.com offered £48.60 as compensation for the cancellation of my booking. When discussing with the call agent as Booking.com I was told that there would be options of a replacement hotel sent in an email. The email didn’t contain options, it was the booking.com website. Bearing in mind we were driving to London at this point trying to find another hotel while signal was also weak was not easy. Not surprisingly, there were very few options. Our original hotel was just 15 minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and we had to book alternative parking as this hotel didn’t have parking available. We managed to find another hotel, an hours walk away from Wembley stadium. This was more expensive than our original booking. The new hotel also rendered our parking booking unusable because it was too far away from the now new hotel. Booking.com didn’t seem to be bothered about the financial cost to us in this respect. In summary, this booking experience was wholly unsatisfactory. Booking.com told me on the phone they would seek approval for additional compensation for the parking and to enable us to find an alternative hotel and guaranteed we would get this. In fact, within minutes of ending the call with Booking.com I had another email saying that they would not be increasing any compensation.

Está muy bien ubicado muy cerca del Estadio.

Está sucio, viejo. Tiene muchas cosas rotas y descuidadas. Para llegar al departamento hay unas escaleras difíciles de usar con las maletas. Y llegando al departamento hay otras escaleras terribles. El baño es de tina muy incómodo y peligroso para bañarse.
