Emplacement idéal par rapport aux commerces et restaurants, aux bus, aux monuments. L'immeuble est très propre et sécurisé par un digicode à l'entrée. Le quartier était calme. La terrasse au 4eme étage est un plus. L'appartement est rénové et meublé récemment.
L'appartement a une surface idéale pour 2 personnes, mais la salle d'eau est très étroite. En revanche l'espace de douche est suffisamment grand.

Good location, nice clean apartment, well equipped and had everyrhing a guest might need. Staff was quick and responsive.
The sound isolation is terrible, I could hear other people talking in other flats like they would be in my living room. Your sleep depends on your neighbors if they decide to be loud at night or not :)
Weak/ no wifi. Weak wifi in the living room and no wifi in the bedroom.
The bathroom is tiny and stinks of sewers all day long. The smell is coming from the shower.
The 25euro damage fee which is not refundable. They just take extra money from you and wont return it, even if you dont damage anything. Sneaky way to earn extra money from the guests.
Electricity got cut the first night and so was the water supply. They explained it happened in some parts of the city, however, all the places nearby and street lamps outside had electricity. Also, reading from previous reviews it seems like it has happenned before in this place.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, daher laut ! Daher keine Überraschung.
DIe Räume sind sehr hellhörig, Das Bad extrem klein.Die Rollos waren zum teil abgerissen oder gar nicht vorhanden, dadurch bei Sonneneinstrahlung sehr warm. Der Aufzug 2.Etage
war längere Zeit defekt,sodass wir den Koffer hochschleppen mußten.
