Comfortable accommodation. They were very accommodating as after a power outage of more than 42 hours we were moved to Amoris Waterkloof Guesthouse.
There are signs up at the braai and pool area stating that it's noise free zones, however other guests were talking and laughing loudly until after midnight almost every night. The pool and braai area was 4 meters away from our King rooms. Why pay for comfort if this is what you get?
There were built-in braais under a covered area where the other guests were sitting. We didn't want to bother them by walking in and out of the space to braai our meat and saw that a portable braai was put up for them outside the covered area. We asked the staff if we could perhaps also get a portable braai to which they replied they will notify us once the other guests are done. We started our fire at 21:15. After 2 nights of this noise we opted to get alternative accommodation when we saw that the 3rd night was going to be more of the same when other guests started putting up a table covered with alcoholic drinks outside the braai area.
