We chose this location as it is relatively near to the Nagoya Shinkansen station as that was both our arrival point from Osaka and departure point to Tokyo - so this definitely met that criteria. Given its proximity (7-8 minute walk) to this major transit point, we could also explore the huge Takshimaya/JR Gate Tower area that sits above the Nagoya train station and easily access any other train line to explore areas around Nagoya city. Food options are plentiful, with a couple of beef-focused restaurants, ramen and izakaya shops nearby. It is also close to a couple of supermarkets and convenience stores.
While the beds/overall layout were excellent, on a couple of nights we were awoken by some very loud door slams (sounded like they were from neighbours above). Maybe they were returning from work or going to work (around 3-4am).
Also make sure you read all the communications sent by the host to you, including watching the video on exactly where the apartment is located as it can be a bit confusing.
