The room was superb and met all my expectations. I had a very good experience with Mr. Reddy. He is knowledgeable, clear in his communication, and handled everything professionally. He provided excellent service while following the hotel's policies. Highly appreciated.
Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was disappointing. Mr. Sagar appeared confused throughout the check-in process and seemed to lack adequate knowledge of the booking procedures. Despite having already paid through Booking.com, I was asked to wait at the reception for around 45 minutes while the payment was being verified. Next day, he was asking for payment receipt, again confused.
There was also confusion regarding charges for water bottles, which should have been clearly explained from the beginning. The overall check-in experience was frustrating due to the lack of clarity, communication, and efficiency. I hope the hotel provides better staff training to improve the guest experience.
