La localisation, le logement est très grand également, le parking privatif.
Les travaux ne semblent pas être terminés, le logement fait un peu vide (pas de table basse par exemple) et bruyant.
Et l’ascenseur est très petit.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of an apartment building—which is nothing special in itself—but the apartment itself is spacious and well-furnished in a modern, functional style. Plus, in the morning, you can enjoy the beautiful dawn light. The kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table is large, and the bed is comfortable. A major plus is the private parking included in the price; it is just a short distance away, and the owner provides extremely detailed directions on how to find it.
Furthermore, the city center is truly no more than a five-minute walk away—the location is excellent! In my opinion, it offers great value in terms of location, the property itself, and the price.
Overall, I don't have any major criticisms; perhaps just a suggestion to make the apartment a bit more welcoming with a few decorative items, pictures, or plants, as it feels very large and perhaps a bit "empty."

appartement très spacieux
C'est dommage que les travaux de rénovation aient été réalisés de manière aussi peu professionnelle ; de nombreux détails sont mal finis. L'espace est très spacieux, mais il est regrettable que la rénovation n'ait pas été effectuée dans les règles de l'art.
