The arches and staff being helpful we arrived a day earlier than we I had booked for and the history of the hotel and they had a microwave we could use
The property needs w bit of gardening and a litter pic outside but was good

Location and ease of check-in.
Parking plentiful also.
Room was cold, maybe even damp.
Fire alarm in the middle of the night wasn’t ideal.
Lots of people ‘hanging around’ didn’t inspire confidence.
